Middlefork Insurance Agency was created in 2000 with a single office in Booneville Kentucky. Middlefork Insurance Agency is a subsidiary of Middlefork Financial Group with three banks in southeastern Kentucky which are Hyden Citizens Bank, Farmers State Bank and Farmers & Traders Bank. We decided to create the Agency when our management team wanted to expand the products we offer to our customers so we could become a one-stop destination for all financial needs of our customers. Since, in our market place, finding affordable insurance was often times difficult, this new business venture seemed like a solid partnership. We partnered with over 20 insurance companies so that, what ever your need, we will find a resource to meet that requirement. We also searched our local area to find qualified, dedicated insurance agents who knew our area, understood the needs of our customers and believed in our goal of offering the best, affordable products available.
